"text": "Nice Location, but very small property with no proper dining area and no heater facility, We booked the hotel for 2 nights but were forced to checkout after 1st night as this hotel was not equipped with heaters and in (-3C) sleeping without heating was difficult.\nHotel also faces lots of power cuts.\nWe paid Rs. 10,000/- per night (without breakfast) for a hotel without proper dining area & no heating facility but with this kind of service it's not at all worth.\nI would recommend management to either upgrade their standards (facilities) or reduce the tariff by atleast 70% as that's what it was worth.\nThe only good part about this property is the view from rooms.\n5⭐ for the view and location\n2 ⭐ for everything else",

"text": "Stayed here as a solo traveler in a dorm and had a great experience. The riverside location is the biggest highlight — amazing views and very peaceful.\n\nThe property is centrally located and walkable to all major spots in Kasol. Suitable for solo travelers, couples, and families.\nFood was delicious, and Wi-Fi speed was excellent.\n\nImprovements needed: Better cleanliness in dorms, more chill-out activities/games in common areas, and a digital check-in process.\n\nOverall, great stay with beautiful views and amazing food. 🌄✨",

"text": "Had an amazing stay at The Social Stays, Kasol! The views from the property are absolutely stunning—perfect for anyone who wants to relax and soak in the mountains. The food was really good, fresh, and comforting after a long day of exploring.\n\nSpecial mention to Vikas—he was genuinely helpful and a great person to interact with. He guided us well and clearly cares about building and maintaining a good property and guest experience.",

"text": "1/5 – Extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay\n\nThis was a terrible experience and completely not worth the price we paid.\nFirst, there was no one at the reception when we arrived. After calling, someone eventually came to assist with check-in.\nThe outside temperature was around 2°C, yet there was no heater in the room. For the price charged, basic amenities such as a heater, hair dryer, and proper toiletries should be standard. Instead, only basic bath wash was provided.\nThe room was also not hygienic. It felt damp, the bedsheets were humid, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. When my child accidentally spilled water on the mattress, the staff had no replacement and simply flipped it over, which was even worse.\nWe were then asked to pay ₹500 per room for a blower heater, which was completely ineffective and did not warm the room at all. They also had no spare heaters available.\nThe worst part was that during the freezing night, they turned off the generators and only restarted them at 6:30 AM, leaving us in extreme cold with no proper facilities.\nOverall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone and strongly feel it does not meet the standards of a reputed booking platform.",
