The Social Circle Policy

This policy applies exclusively to bookings made through The Social Stays’ official channels (website).

1. Eligibility

Participation in The Social Circle loyalty program (“Program”) is open to all guests who make bookings through The Social Stays’ official website.

Socials (“Socials”) are calculated based on the total eligible spend, inclusive of taxes, and excluding any refunds or cancellations.
The earning rate is tiered as follows:
- For spend less than ₹50,000: 1% of eligible spend
- For spend between ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000: 1% on the first ₹50,000 and 1.5% on the amount above ₹50,000
- For spend above ₹1,00,000: 1% on the first ₹50,000, 1.5% on the next ₹50,000, and 2% on the amount above ₹1,00,000
Socials will be credited only after successful checkout.
Fractional Socials will be rounded to the nearest whole number (e.g., 0.25 → 0; 0.75 → 1).
Example calculations:
Booking of ₹25,000: 1% = 250 Socials
Booking of ₹63,500: 1% of ₹50,000 (500) + 1.5% of ₹13,500 (202.5) = 703 Socials
Booking of ₹1,20,000: 1% of ₹50,000 (500) + 1.5% of ₹50,000 (750) + 2% of ₹20,000 (400) = 1,650 Socials

One (1) social equals ₹1 (Indian Rupee).
Socials may only be redeemed against future bookings made directly through The Social Stays’ official website.
Socials are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any equivalent.
Redemption is subject to availability and applicable booking terms and conditions.

Socials will expire 12 (twelve) months from the date of credit if unused.
Only bookings completed on or after 15th September 2025 are eligible for earning and redeeming Socials.

The Social Stays reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
In the event of termination, any unused Socials will be forfeited, and no compensation shall be provided.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
